Will you respond when I message you?
Yes! Expect same day replies on weekdays, usually within a few hours. You'll have a direct line to your editor, not a support ticket queue. If something's urgent, say so and we'll prioritise it.
Will the edit feel like my channel?
That's the whole point. Your editor watches your last 5–10 videos before they touch your footage, learns your pacing, your humour, your hooks. The first edit might need a tweak or two but by video three or four, we’ll have your style mastered.
What if I hate the first draft?
Tell us. We include 2- 5 rounds of revisions on every video depending on your plan. The next version you get will be tailored according to your revisions.
Can I cancel if it's not working out?
Anytime. We operate on a monthly subscription which can be cancelled without a cancellation fee. We'd be sad to see you go but we respect your decision!
What happens to my footage if I cancel?
It's your Google Drive folder and so you've had access the whole time. All the project files and final exports are yours to keep, forever.
